I’m an Ecuadorian-American director focused on retelling folklore, fairytales, and myths with a South-American flavor. I grew up in the Andean capital of Quito. I continued filmmaking in California while simultaneously gaining a degree in politics. I spent half a year living and studying in Seoul, ROK where I made ‘A Portrait in Three Works’. Returning to California, I turned to focus on a multi-year project about American History and Folklore, ‘San Francisco Fairytales’.

In 2025, I will move to Bologna, Italy where I plan to expand my continued work on folklore.
